What outdoor weather rules out

No plastic-tub wheelbarrows and no soft pine trellis. We've watched both fail inside a Texas summer — the plastic tub goes brittle and cracks along the rim where it flexes under a load, and pine trellis rots at the ground contact point within two seasons unsealed, or needs yearly resealing if it is.
